The AIM·UWA Business School Alliance works with executives and senior managers to challenge their thinking and invest in their capabilities in an intensive, peer-centred, open discussion environment.
The majority of our open executive development programs draw on business school-based expertise focussed on a single management competency, such as leadership skills, strategy or change management, finance, negotiation, marketing, human resource management, information technology management, innovation and entrepreneurship, governance, supply chain or stakeholder management.

Accreditation into higher management qualifications
Some of our open enrolment executive programs may be credited on a discretionary basis towards graduate diplomas offered by the Australian Institute of Management WA, and the Executive MBA, MBA and interdisciplinary higher degrees in engineering and science offered by the University of Western Australia. Where accreditation is offered, it will be identified in the program literature and is subject to formal registered training organisation (RTO) and university protocols.
Interaction with corporate and community leaders
Our open enrolment executive programs also provide interaction with corporate or community leaders in the relevant discipline, who discuss their experiences and share insights into successes and failures.
