Designed to complement the flagship “Thinking and Planning Strategically” program, this two day program for senior executives
takes strategic management into the next level of scenario planning and execution. Drawing on world’s best practice management theory, this interactive and practical program applies a suite of advanced strategy theories, models and frameworks to West Australian, Australian and international case material and to a business game simulation.
