Performance, Learning, Innovation, Strategy, Leadership and Corporate Renewal are the key themes of the Senior Executive Forum for 2010. This prestigious program will again feature two outstanding professors from the Harvard Business School.
Professor Srikant Datar and Professor Herman (Dutch) Leonard have both been to Perth before and are familiar with many of the challenges and opportunities within the Australian business context. Both Professors will take a future perspective and explore ways in which organisations can learn and adapt in order to capitalise on the opportunities as they emerge.
Professor Datar’s experience and expertise are in the areas of strategy, implementation, performance management and organisational design. Each of these topics are interwoven into every successful change initiative and they require understanding, skill and finesse to implement successfully. Professor Leonard’s experience at both the Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government enables him to apply his teachings and research into the areas of innovation and change across both major sectors.
The Forum is restricted to senior managers, executives and leaders who are at, or have the potential to reach, the most senior general management, CEO or business unit leadership roles. Peer to peer interaction with other highly credentialed participants during the formal program and during the breaks provides a rich additional dimension to the event. The content is relevant to participants from all industries and sectors.
The Forum is a fully residential program from the 18 - 21 August. It is presented by the AIM•UWA Business School Alliance and we encourage you to book early to secure your place.

Fees:
The program fee of AUD$7,986 (GST inclusive) per person covers the cost of tuition, printed program material, accommodation at the Hyatt Regency Perth, WA and all meals from dinner from Wednesday 18 August to Breakfast only Saturday 21 August 2010.
Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellations made before Friday 9 July 2010 will recieve a full refund of $AUD7,986. Where cancellations are made between Monday 12 July and Friday 23 July 2010, AIM WA will retain a non-refundable amount of AUD$3,850. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after Monday 26 July 2010, unless AIM WA is able to fill the vacancy with an acceptable financial replacement.
